A fine compromise! Oolong Tea

Oolong often has a blueish touch in its color!
We find that sometimes we need a break from the simple choice of green or black tea, and that’s when we like to have an oolong. Oolong is usually light in color and body, and it can be counted on to refresh and clear the head. It is processed in an exactly middle form, oxidized in open air for a time much longer than green tea, and much less than black tea. As such, it inherits a little of both worlds. Oolong will not wake you as much as green tea will, and it is not nearly as rosy in flavor as black tea. There is something light and indefinable to the flavor and body of an oolong that is not found elsewhere! You can get several oolongs here at the online store of Red Leaf Tea, our host. Highly recommended for a spring morning or evening!
