We recently discovered a wonderful new version of white tea! Harvested by hand in the famous forests of wild tea trees, in both Fujian and Yunan provinces of China, these white and green tea leaves are woven into little shapes. Our favorite version is the Golden Star, though there are also Golden Dragon Feelers, Wheat Heads and Earrings available! The Golden Stars do not unravel during steeping, but other types do.
